President - Paul Van Schepen – Paul started his career in a panel shop as a wiring technician back in the 70’s. He quickly moved into sales and began learning all aspects of running a shop. In 1986 he joined CCI as VP of Sales working alongside Gary Hanold. Then in 1998, Paul took over as President of the company. For almost 40 years, Paul has developed many long term customer relationships by providing high quality control panel systems.
Vice President - Bart Baird – Graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. One of his first jobs after graduating was starting a panel shop for a systems integrator. After a few years of building control panels, Bart went to work for several large industry leading electrical enclosure and wire management manufactures and took on positions ranging from application engineering to district sales and corporate R&D. Bart brings many years of industry experience to CCI.
Manufacturing Coordinator - Tom Postak – Another Bobcat who graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Tom worked his way up the ranks to Engineering Manager at a Fortune 500 Energy Gas Turbine & Compressor company. After several years, Tom moved on to Chief Engineer of Package Control Systems for an integrator that specializes in high reliability control systems for gas turbines and reciprocating engines. Tom brings a lot of engineering talent to the company which gives CCI the ability to add value to our customer’s projects and build the control systems our customers come to expect. Purchasing - Bob Weatherby – Bob started his career in control panels back in 1976. He quickly worked his way in to purchasing after starting out as a panel technician. In 1984, Bob joined another panel shop as their purchasing manager. Their core business was supplying custom control panels for the automotive market in which Bob helped them become a Tier 1 supplier for Honda of America and go on to win multiple supplier awards. In 2001, Bob joined CCI and has since been leading the material procurement department.
